Yes we are fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity.  Yes we guarantee our work and will rectify any mistakes at our expense.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I decided to get into accounting and tax after working as a business owner in the food industry.  I made all the mistakes that clients come to me with and so I can empathise with their situation and offers solutions based on my experience and the experience of other accountants in our firm.

Can you help?  Yes we can, generally, if we do not have the appropriate skills our network of professional relationship who are all independent providers have the skills to assist on most questions.

We are honest with our clients and suppliers. We are independent professionals who are members of the CPA in good standing.  We abide by the Code of Professional Accountant APES 110 and take our professional obligations very seriously.

Our basic tips are: 1. Get the previous year Tax Return for your accountant to look at.  2. Arrange your receipts and paperwork chronologically. 3. Scan all your documents so that they can be shared and easily verified. This reduces costs and your bill.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We don't generally charge by time and we don't charge clients where we are inefficient.  Client fees are negotiated and any changes are communicated to the client promptly.  We aim for no surprises.  We are uncompromising when it comes to the quality of our work.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We generally charge a flat fee for our services.  These fees are negotiated with clients based on the type of work and the complexity involved. For example , Individual tax returns are generally $110 with an early bird discount of $20.

We provide small business owners with practical advice on how to build their businesses.  We explain how small businesses can conduct themselves to take advantage of emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. We assist our clients comply fully with their tax and employment obligations.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

All our accountants have higher degrees (Masters level) in Accounting. They are qualified CPAs with at least 10 year experience in accounting and tax. Our Accountants attend regular training events and professional meetings to keep our knowledge of the tax and accounting rules up to date.
