  After a quick phone call with a nice man I drove and dropped my gaming pc off the same day to John, where he then diagnosed and repaired the pc while i was there within 10 minutes! All with a smile on his face paired with great banter and conversation. Would highly recommend to anyone having issues. Thanks so much!

  Big ripp off! The guy wanted to charge me $90 just to run a diagnostic on my PC. I found another repairer in the same suburb who does it for free. His response to my review is a load of nonsense. He did not even touch the ram or any PC components, all he did was plug the PC into the monitor and since it was showing no signs of display. He told me that it could be a ram/GPU fault or overheating. And he said if he was reseat the ram or GPU, I would have to pay $90 as a base fee, thats excluding repair cost! I managed to find another repairer who reseated my ram, which fixed my PC problem. And it was completely free of charge since no repair was needed. My best advice to anyone is save your money, and look for another repairer.

  Hi, we’d like to provide an accurate summary of what actually happened. We do not charge for diagnostics or quotes. We inspected your PC at no cost and explained that the issue was likely related to the RAM or GPU, and that a reseat or CMOS reset may resolve it. Upon inspection, we also identified a serious overheating issue — your Ryzen 5 5600X and ASUS ROG RTX 2080 were running with no front intake cooling, which can directly cause the problems you described. We also noted that you were using the stock AMD cooler, and the thermal paste was most likely dry, which further contributes to overheating. As part of the $90 service fee, we clearly explained that this would include: Reseating RAM/GPU and performing a CMOS reset if required Installing two front intake fans to fix the airflow issue Thermal repasting your CPU and stock cooler if the existing paste was found to be dry You chose not to proceed with the repair, so you were not charged anything at all. We pride ourselves on honest pricing and transparent service. If you’d like proper cooling installed or further assistance, we’re more than happy to help.
