Very bad experience with Solar Merchants. They installed panels on my roof illegally without getting Strata permission, and when questioned about the actual panels installed, they don’t actually know much about their product. Ron Coombe was the point person for this installation and he would lie and delay meetings to sort out the problem. They were very poor with communication. I would not recommend solar merchants to anyone.21 May 2024

We found that getting solar was an incredibly confusing process, we received many quotes and options from both premium and budget companies and had no idea what was truely best for us. After speaking with Mustafa he listened to our experience, suggested a great option to fit our budget and gave honest feedback about what we can live with and live without. He was responsive & professional in his approach. Everything was explained to us about the end to end process & what to expect and install was done with 2 weeks of my initial enquiry. I had great experience dealing with solar merchants, special Mustafa. He is very professional and friendly. All the work was done before estimated time frames. Installation was definitely done by professional tradies, didn’t even realise when work was finished. They even took time to install the app. Also good part is there were no hidden costs.17 Apr 2024
