What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
1.) How does using a Virtual Assistant work? A VA works remotely as many tasks can be done virtually, across time zones. We will learn your individual preferences for things as our business relationship evolves, just as a PA would. Consultations and work are done virtually via Skype, telephone, email, instant messaging, courier services and utilising the virtual office spaces that are now available, such as Dropbox, Google Docs, etc. Virtual assistants often never get the opportunity to meet their clients in person.
2.) What are the benefits of working with a VA? Time is paid for only as and when you need it. Saving you the additional associated expenses of a full time employee, such as PAYG, holiday pay, hiring a temp to cover holidays, personal leave, sick leave, superannuation, pensions/retirement benefits and training. -
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
1.) Determine if a virtual assistant will suit your business needs by asking how they can tailor their services to your business goals.
2.) Ask them which time zone they are working from?
3.) How much time will we need to get up and running? -
