I am an insured business with the public liability insurance submitted to oneflare for their records and my work is guaranteed, remembering the importance of the client to follow instructions to gain the full benefit of the workout.

Seeing people achieve their goals. Apart from working from home as a PT/Pilates instructor, I also teach Pilates at a studio attached to a physiotherapy and it is great s to see the difference in peoples mobility and flexibility a few months after beginning a Pilates program.

Questions include how do I lose the fat of my stomach? In reality losing the fat of your stomach is the last part of the body in which it will occur. You can isolate your stomach to just lose weight no matter what you see on the TV commercials.

I am a qualified personal trainer and certified pilates instructor. Even though my business name suggests I train over 40's only, I am available for persons of all ages. I am also certified in other fitness specific courses such as older clients, kettlebells, suspension training, boxing, VIPR, Bosu, mobility functional training.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Things I need to know include if the client has any injuries, medical conditions, physical conditions or any other information that will be important in determining if they are ok to undertake a fitness session including a medical clearance from their doctor. What type of training they like and dislike, goals.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Commence some training at home this can be even begin with walking around 30 minutes a day this can be 1 30 minute, 2 x 15 minute or even 3 x 10 minute walks.

I am not over priced and  charge what I consider to be a fair price based on my level of experience, skills and training completed over the past few years ad about to complete. I charge cheaper rates for pensioners, senior and also students.

Each session is charged by the half hour, hour or a 10 session pass (cheaper), it can be either cash or direct deposit into my business account.

Pilates including core strength and balance. Currently undertaking the Master Functional Trainer Course with the Australian Institute of Kettlebells to also specialise in functional training.

Level 2 Personal trainer with Fitness Australia Certified pilates instructor through Studio Pilates, Australia. Qualified older adults & childrens fitness trainer. Active Over 50s strength training instructor Bateau Bay PCYC Certified on kettlebells, suspension training, boxing, VIPR, Bosu, mobility functional training.   In he next few months I will be completing  theoretical foundations of functional training  power bags and battling ropes. After these 3 courses along with the already completed course in the program, I will be a certified Master Functional Trainer through the Australian Institute of Kettlebells.
