  Customers should always ask for a quote before proceeding with any work. Have the mechanic inspect your car, and if need be, get quotes from other mechanics.

  Customers are always asking if we will do repairs without their knowledge. Rest assured we will only do the repairs requested by the customer and if other work is required or if we see something else wrong with the car, we will notify the customer first, and they can decide whether they want that additional work done so they do not suffer from "bill shock"
