I have always admired the work-ethic of Electricians; they also seem to have a certain sense of dedication towards their job as well as to their customers. I became an Electrician because I respect the work of Electricians and I'm good at it. So why not? Interacting with everyday folks and getting the job done brings a sense of satisfaction and achievement. Overall, I love my job!

I actually do have my all time favourite customer story. About roughly 2 years ago, I decided one day to bring along my youngest daughter to work with me. Now, at that time I was visiting an old friend of mine who needed a few LED lights to be fixed. My daughter was as excited and joyful as I expected, as soon as we arrived they welcomed us with open arms, really friendly and such great company as well. This became my ultimate customer story because they showed my daughter and I such love, respect and treated us like family.

That's a good question. It's not a matter if I 'like' my job, it's what I dearly enjoy the most. The flexibility, time and type of tasks I perform is truly what I enjoy being an Electrician.

Well that really depends on what you're really looking to be done, many factors should be considered before asking your service professional. Things such as, the price, how it'll take, their experience and set of skills and also go for the professional you feel most comfortable and trustworthy with.

Funny thing is, I don't typically receive any questions from my customers. This is because, the customer and I discuss the job prior to the appointed day.

What makes the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job is mutual respect, trust and care for one another. However, what is vital is constant communication and complete honesty when discussing anything related to the job. I have confidence with my 30 years of experience in the field I can bring forth these qualities and become the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job!

To ensure a clean, quick and professional success, certain requirements needs to be met before a quote to a customer. These typical things includes: a discussion on the job, details like their address, name, appointment etc. Once these are met, then I can proceed to provide a quote.

My top 3 secret tips to save money before you even start on the work is: -To negotiate the price beforehand  -Purchase the product at a cheaper store and ask the professional to install it; this way you are killing two birds with one stone.  -Ask several professionals in relation to their prices, then hire the one who offers the cheapest price!
