Operating as a husband and wife team, Melissa brings many years of property management experience from working with leading real estate agencies and Robert originally comes from a trade background, ensuring maintenance issues are attended to by quality tradespeople.

About Property Management specialises in only residential property management, nothing else. We don’t get distracted by focusing our attention on sales.
How do you normally charge for your service?
There are no upfront fees and landlords are only charged once a tenant is secured. Our fees are tailored to each client depending on a number of factors.
What makes your pricing competitive?
Because of our unique business model and not requiring a shop front, our fees are competitive when compared to our competition. More importantly, our service is second to none.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Address of the property. Type of property (House, Unit etc). Number of bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces. Size of portfolio (if more than one property). Current rent received. If it's never been rented before just ask for a free rental appraisal.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Of course! We have all insurances to be compliant with the Property Occupations Act 2014 Licence. We guarantee next level service.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
Unfortunately the real estate industry can have a bad name when it comes to property management. We aim to change that and we understand the importance of communication and good, honest work.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
How many properties are in my property managers portfolio? What can you do differently that no one else can offer? Can you provide an online Owners Portal so I can stay up to date on my property?
What do you like most about your job?
We love when our clients complement us on our service and it's a great feeling when we receive referrals through our existing clients.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
We had a landlord approach us because he was struggling to get his property tenanted over a period of 12 weeks. We took him on board and managed to rent his property in under a week by providing added convenience to tenants and showing the property after hours.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
After many years working in the Real Estate industry, we saw the potential for improvement. This is when we decided to start our property management business as a husband and wife team.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Customers often ask, "how can you lease our property quicker?". We will go above and beyond and schedule rental inspections after hours. Doing so can make a HUGE difference in this market and we can often have a lease signed before tenants can view other properties on the weekends.
