Adrian Webber, Counsellor & Psychotherapist

I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, in private practice in Armidale, NSW, Australia. I provide counselling and psychotherapy both face to face and via Skype. My undergraduate training is in psychology and I have completed postgraduate training in psychology and counselling. My approach is psychodynamic/psychoanalytic, and I have participated in postgraduate training for the psychoanalytic approach to the treatment of personality disorders (disorders of the self) and I am in weekly clinical supervision for the Masterson psychoanalytic approach. In Counselling, significant life concerns such as relationship difficulties and anger and family violence are key areas of my work. Issues of self esteem including personality (disorders of the self) and addictions are major areas of my treatment focus in psychotherapy. I also practice mindfulness in addition to teaching the philosophy of living mindfully in group settings.
