  Honestly speaking I had lowered my expectations of this and I was thinking that if I wasn’t happy with the first session, I wouldn’t be attending the succeeding ones. I was wrong, because Jason exceeded my expectations and I did enjoy the first session. So now, I'm going to continue what I started and I'm going to diligently attend the next sessions.

  The class was well handled, and instructor really was brilliant the whole time. I couldn’t say anything more of the skill with which he handled the whole class. There was this great atmosphere from the get go and the location of the studio was very accessible for me. That is why I've been telling myself to regularly be back here.

  In the three weeks that I've been attending the classes, I've already noticed a lot of changes. I'm now constantly feeling calm and relaxed and I've also had an easier time dealing with the stress of juggling work and home duties. My thanks to Jason for his patience and understanding and in guiding us to be more calm.

  Jason was really great during my first class. He was lovely and I was actually surprised by the class itself. I had just gotten a voucher for it though but I'm seriously considering really enrolling. The experience was really relaxing and I think that it also had quite a positive effect on me. I'll have to think about when I'd start full-time with it though.

  I've found this to be a really great way to just forget about everything that's been bothering me in the day. You might think that it requires a lot of stretching like what you see in television, but this is meditative yoga. Agoy yoga is really great since it has cured my sleeping disorder and fibromyalgia. I highly recommend this.
