  Had hired ~2 weeks prior 20 Oct. Originally wanted 13 Oct but they were booked out. On the 20th they didn't arrive at 9am as agreed. Called up at 9:30am but no one answered. Left a message but never got a call back. With mum's immune system still compromised following chemo, I was left to do the cleaning myself before the folks arrived the next weekend. Didn't need more work to do that weekend.
