Dave is a scammer. He took 50% deposit ($1500), did about 25% of the landscaping tasks and did a runner. He gave plenty of bogus excuses for not turning up to work and left a full skip bin on my lawn without call the operator to pick it up. Onflare needs to strike him off the register. Dave also promised to give a receipt for the deposit but didn't. I have informed the tax dept and Fair trading with his rego details who now have him on their radar. BUYERS BE AWARE.
