How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have been a photographer all of my life, But I first picked up a camera when I was 12 and have been fascinated ever since. Andrew (hubby) has always been an artist - painting canvasses, graphic design and photo editorial with a keen interest in photography. Over the years we have honed his camera skills and I have to admit, he's got such a great eye. But I am still the boss lol.

It's been over 20 years since I (Amy-Lee) started out in modelling prior to moving on to photography. I am industry certified and absolutely love shooting weddings with my husband and business partner Andrew. Between the both of us, we've seen enough and had enough experience to know what it takes to get it done and delivered. We know what our clients want and we have 100% positive feedback to us from our clients and we aim to keep it that way.

Photography is my language & my images tell the stories, and sharing stories of love is what makes me feel alive. Me and my hubby adore our life of documenting new love. We really live what we do - It's who we are and we believe in the value of what we create. We are creating heirlooms with every wedding and we have so much respect for what these images are worth in the long term. Our images will likely out live all of us, so we put our should in to every wedding.

As we are a husband and wife team, you will get two professional photographers for EVERY wedding as standard and we always structure or wedding photography packages as an ALL day rate. This means we miss NOTHING. Also we supply our own handmade custom timber keepsake boxes as standard, with all wedding albums.

How do you normally charge for your service?

The Wedding Photography packages we offer generally include ALL day coverage with 2 professional photographers. This means you’re day is covered from beginning to end – from Bridal preparation and Grooms Preparation right through to your formal exit from reception and the end of the night.  We have a 3 very competitive wedding photography packages starting at $2795 and depending on your chosen package, your images will be displayed in beautiful frames, prints and albums and all albums come in it’s own handcrafted timber Bel Amour Album Box, which is a stunning heirloom that will keep your memories safe for generations to come.

I Love capturing weddings, we are a husband and wife team and love sharing in couples weddings and creating their memories with them... it's so rewarding!  I also specialise in Womens portraiture, posing and inspiring women to love themselves more, by showing them how amazing they are & capturing the essence of who they eye by the connection I gain in our session

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have a diploma in Photography, I have been in business for myself for 8 years, but I have been in the photography and fashion industry for over 20yrs. As a model I've worked with some of the best photographers in the business, so I have a huge bag of great posing techniques. That mean that no matter how awkward you might feel in front of the camera or how self conscious you might feel about your beautiful self, size or shape, l ALWAYS catch you at your best.   My husband Andrew and I started out working together in the modelling industry in 2003. His main role back then was approving photographic content, choosing models, editing and designing photo shoots. Since then we have continued to grow together professionally and obviously got married along the way. Now days we love shooting weddings together. It always reminds us of that moment in time when WE got married and it's a constant reminder of the love we share. We love what we do and would love to be a part of your happily ever after.
