We are insured to do domestic, commercial and industrial work. Our guarantee on workmanship is a lifetime and we just transfer product warranties from manufacturer to the customer

love the look on a cusyomers face after i have completed the task. Whether it was simple or difficult that smile that radiates from their face makes it all worth it. i am happy knowing they are safe, the network is safe and i am safe.

There are many cowboys working out there and its only when something happens and you want to claim for warranty or insurance purposes that you find your exposure always ask for a licence and it should start with EC----- then verify it on the energysafety website just google "licence verification WA"

Mostly customers ask about price and costs. To us we don't want to be remembered for being cheap we are remembered for being the best quality for a reasonable price. We aren't the cheapest and probably will never be but we'll always be the best value for money

Most times i would prefer to come to site and get a feel of the job myself so as to enable a comprehensive quote. This assures the customer that the quote price will be the same as the invoiced price whereas when customer gives details they may omit details which could affect the final invoice price

On posting a job request a customershould: 1) Give as much detail as possible 2) give a budget that they are comfortable in 3) time frame when they want job completed

Because we are at the infancy of the company and the fact that we are local we dont have as many overheads as the older bigger competitors so we are able to price our services lower than the market average

How do you normally charge for your service?

All jobs are charged individually, so we will vary from fixed prices for the frequently done jobs like gpos, downlights etc and hourly rates for faultfinding and then for bigger jobs we'd  give a quote that caters for both combined.

Having done a 4 year apprenticeship from 1996 to 2000 . I have been a qualified electrician from 2000 and having a broad range of experience in Industrial, Commercial and Domestic electrical aspects.
