They do not use email eventhough they are printed on their invoices on on their website. They tried to charge me twice for GST. In the end I had to call in the plumber to have the water tank replaced. All Austnet did was disconnect the power. They earned timeliness with 2 stars 'cos they require a 3hr window wait whereas my plumber needs only 1/2 hr wait by being more proactive.
