Matt was extremely professional in his presentation when he visited our home. He provided us with a detailed estimate of costs. Within 2 weeks work commenced on our property and he has his colleague 'Troy' worked diligently until work was completed. They did run into unexpected rock (we are on a cliff), and this caused a few issues for them. I have been trying to make contact with Matt for almost 2 months...via email, phone and sms, but he has failed to return my calls. We had a paved path with stone edging, however all of the edging work has split and now the stones are falling onto the grass. I love writing reviews of business I love, however on this occasion I feel gravely let down by Matt and his company Benchmark. I did advise Matt, I was holding back on my review until work was redone, however, it seems that this has been no concern to him. Our job was just over $5k. (garden beds , path, paving, soil, no plants).
