What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Bitt'n require certain information prior to being able to offer a price for service. The main requirements are the service required, target pests, size of home and the time until servie is required. With all these factors considered an estimate should be able to be provided. Having said this all termite treatments will require a FREE onsite consultation.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Bitt'n is fully insured to the highest level available in our industry today. We hold 20million public liability insurance and 2 million professional indemnity cover. All work is guaranteed so you can rest assured that you will get the result that you are after for your home.

What do you like most about your job?
A lot of people think that Pest Control is a dirty job but here a Bitt'n we love what we do. There is nothing more satisfying than resolving a problem that has been annoying someone for some time. We are lucky enough to work in new locations each day and meet a heap of different personalities along the way.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
We were recently called out to a customers home to perform a bird control service. They were experiening a noisy beeping coming from the roof and wanted us to check it out. After an hour of investigating and no birds in sight we though it might be worth checking a near by smoke detector. After replacing a couple of dead batteries, problem GONE. Regardless the customer was happy as the beeping was stopped. Probably one of the best customer stories for ahwile and a true example that no job is any match for the team at Bitt'n.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
The two directors in our company have always worked in the pest control industry. One comes from a long line (3 generations) of pest controllers and the other comes from a history managing successful pest control firms. It's in our blood!
