We have even sent them back for you to make sure one of the issues that has been overlooked initially has been addressed. I would suggest to use the rating system in unbiased way.

I was really depressed by previous cleaning staffs from other companies as they broke my lights while cleaning but these guys are professionals and asks us before doing any thing extra.
