We have the latest of the CAT track skid steers , we also have the experience , we have been in the game for just on 30 yrs and the next generation is knocking on the door.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
Yes we specialise in running mulcher attachments on these machines , we can do work with these machines where tractors and wheeled skid steers won't get anywhere near .
What makes your pricing competitive?
Our experience speaks for its self . Being in the game for as long as we have , learnt allot over the years , originally we were big gear dozers ,scrapers ,excavators, what we do now is just a smaller version .
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
We can give people an idea of what they are after whether it wil work or not , whether it will be economical to do what they want or just to them direction to do something economically without costing a second mortgage .
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Laye of the land , do they have permits if needed , and can the customer afford what they are entering into because some of this work can be pricey ,remember it costs us operators allot of out laye for reliable machinery , contractors are not charities
How do you normally charge for your service?
We charge by the hour and a minimum if under a certain time .

We work to customer requirements .

We are insured and we guarantee up to a point which maybe discussed with customer .

So varied , I give the best advise possible and if not answered I direct them else where some of the time if that gives them piece of mind .

No. one which i think still goes a long way is experience , e.g. myself 30 yrs as well as have family interested in the business .
What do you like most about your job?
Meeting people , and with our business especially the mulching side we travel pretty much where work takes us and that is all around the state .
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
Not greatly i just enjoy what i do .
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Use your head and think out side the box . And believe in yourself , and the mulching side of the business is designed for when i get older and i can sit in late model machines in comfort and younger ones can do the more hands on , sounds good to me .
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
the right training , most of all i believe in is communication , listing and employees whether family or otherwise use common sense some thing that truing groups don't believe in . ( probably because they haven't had to work with any one long term out in the field , most training is over a day or two .)
