1. Write down a full and detailed analysis of whatever is required. Any information or prelude to the issue helps reduce diagnosis times - you save money!
2. There are no stupid questions or statements, everything is relevant, no matter how abstract it seems.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Make, Model, Year, VIN, (MOST IMPORTANTLY)-Engine Size, Some common vehicles may have 6 or 7 different engine options. The best place to get this info is the Silver plate normally located in the engine bay or in the door jams.

We only source the best quality parts and strive to get you a two year warranty, all our work is guaranteed and insured.

We have been in the Mechanical Trade for around thirty years and have taken a bachelor in IT with Southern Cross University. Our programmer is completing a doctorate with Griffith University and our Mechanics continually undertake trade training. We pride ourselves in being up to date with our skill
