  I am a long-term client of CPC and while very happy with their service and products, I have a distinct problem with their billing service. As a pensioner, I arranged an AGREED payment plan with their representative for a recent top-up termite treatment, and had the service done (perfectly). I was told that I would receive monthly statements showing balance owing - fine - but what I actually received were increasingly aggressive communications regarding an "overdue invoice". I contacted the company twice to remind them that I wasn't "overdue", that I had fulfilled the terms of the approved payment plan; but received a curt email stating "that's what the system does, I can't change it just for you". So the final statement has just arrived - with a sticker saying URGENT ACTION - OVERDUE - PAY AT ONCE. Thanks, Complete PC, for letting everyone and their dog know that you believe I am in arrears, when in fact I am honouring the agreed payment plan every step of the way. I will also have to check if your "system" has flagged me on the Credit Check Database now. It will be an absolute pleasure to find another supplier for my termite protection given your customer relationship treatment to date. If you don't wish to allow Payment Plans, then don't offer them. If you do, modify your bill management system so that it doesn't treat people complying with a PP the courtesy of NOT being treated like a bill-refusing leper.
