  Craig has been fantastic from the moment he provided a quote to the end of the job. Craig has explained everything in detail and highlighted things that I needed to know in a timely manner. He was also extremely understanding in a couple of hiccups we had with respect to other trades delaying his work and didn't penalise me for the delay.
