What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

When attending Lockouts it is very common for people to ask "where do I get one of those?" or "can anyone get hold of one of those?" Referring to our pick gun which we use to gain entry to your home or office. It can be quite daunting for people to see how easily we can open a door. All our staff have been screened by NSW police and hold current 2BC Security Licenses which allows us to install, repair and sell locks as a trusted professional

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

At times when we are called out to a job it can be for very unfortunate situations E.g home broken into, lost/stolen keys or locked out of home. Our staff are trained and experienced to deal with these not so pleasing situations and we try and make it as stress free as possible.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We need to know how urgent the job is and also the location of where the job is at. This allows us to give the customers a more accurate time of arrival.

Depending on the time of day we have a standard call out fee and we also have an after hours call out fee for emergency work. We notify all customers of costs involved prior to attending Job

We are available 24/7 for all emergency work including Lockouts for when your keys have been lost, stolen or simply left inside.
