  Averil is one of the most experienced, knowledgeable, thoughtful, intuitive, compassionate dog trainers you could ever hope to have help you with your fur baby. Whether it is her wonderful puppy classes, which help with socialisation and getting your puppy off to the best start it could have, through to the most serious of behavioural issues, Averil is the trainer for you. Having watched her work, having heard first hand testimonials from our clients, I recommend Averil highly. Please don't let outdated dog trainers tell you dogs need harsh discipline. • How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I had long wanted to work with both humans and animals. Eight years ago I realised that my own dogs were having significant behavioural problems and that is how I found DogTech. The rest is history!!

• What do you like most about your job?

  I just love working with dogs of all ages and their owners. It is such a priviledge to be invited into a client's home and to be able to give them the tools to enable them to have a harmonious and happy relationship with their dog. Likewise puppy pre-schools! Just a joy!
