  The initial quote was for $150.00 - although he did talk us into an additional $15 per room for sanitising...That took us to $210. They stated at 9am and finished early afternoon. I got home at 5pm the carpet was still very wet. We had the family over that evening. All walking on wet carpet. The carpet seem to dry but was left very hard. Unpleasant to walk on. I feel as though I need another Just Steam... to try and take out the residue left in the carpet. The carpet is clean, But overall not happy with the outcome.

  The cleaner arrived on time and did an excellent job. He even called me the next day to check that I was happy with it. I would definitely recommend this company if you need your carpets cleaned.

  Yes, as per normal we always guarantee our work - even on instances our regular customers do receive free services (small areas).

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  During the old times where competition was less, making a living was easier. Through time chemicals and machinery improved - work can be done better and quicker, but the share of work remains at the ones who is competitive and willing to go a step further/more for customers.
