  Time and people required was severely under-quoted. It took 2 men (and me) 13 hours to do a job. It should have been quoted as a 4 man, 2 van job. The guys doing the lifting were very good but there is only so much 2 guys can do and apart from the job dragging out way too long, there were several knocks and dints to my walls. Finally, I was told packing boxes would be supplied. They were but too little too late and I was forced to buy my own boxes. I will not be using them again nor recommending them.

  Right from when booking was made a week before the move E&Q were trying to change things - overbooked? On the day, they sent a 12 ton truck, not the 5 ton as ordered. On a busy main road the 12t does not fit! 4 hours later, they started the job. This put my whole move behind, cleaning etc. Not to mention I was not able to go to my own work that night so I lost my own pay! Management needs to seriously rethink its business; my losses and inconvenience; the 4 hours lost that their own staff does not get paid for; the late night. The guys did work hard, not their fault. Would be great if E&Q could come back and lift my bookcase over the balcony and into the flat.
