  we were happy with work that was done, however we had a splash back in laundry to be completed but after several attempts at leaving messages with no replies we finally arranged time for work to be done but after 3 weeks it never happened really disappointed as we paid on time & were very flexible. The quote"on time every time from time of quote to finish date" did not apply to us, we finally did tiling ourselves even though we paid to have it done professionally.
