Quick quality service on all handyman jobs, and if I quote 2 hours for a job and it takes only 1 hour or 1.5hours I will do addition work in the remaining time if it is required.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

It helps greatly if photos of the work can be texted to me and the size of repairs,( i.e. plastering), can be shown clearly.Larger repairs require more materials and generally need more time . If painting is needed , do you already have the matching paint? Getting paint requires me and this can be done for you or the customer can take a sample to the local paint store and get the required colour and amount of paint. If the repair is to be done to a white  ceiling, I will provide paint as this is generally a standard  ceiling paint.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Prices are quoted by the hour with a job having a minimum time of 2 hours.  If a job is finished in less than the quoted time my fees are adjusted to suit the actual hours. Should a job take  only 1 hour or 1.5 hours on site , travelling to the site is not included, the remaining time Can be  banked for future jobs or additional handyman work can be performed in the remaining hour or 30 minutes.
