Why hire us? because we've worked in the industry for over 20 years. Our technicians carry knowledge spanning back to Windows 95 and MS DOS 6. And we don't just work the industry, we live it. I.T and Computers are a passion for us, something we are truly enthusiastic about.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
We have over 20 years experience in the field, We do our own IT Work. Just some of the machines we've built include Custom Specified Gaming PC's, Data Servers, PF Sense Modem/Routers. As well as regular assistance with the ever growing needs of our Business Customers. Like setting up Auto BlackBox in Trucks.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We specialise in Business support, Business PC's of all shapes and sizes as well as Gaming PC's. If you've got an odd issue or special request, we'll not only help you with it, but we'll learn it and teach you too. Including non-IT, like Dash Cams in Trucks.
How do you normally charge for your service?
We currently charge in Cash or Bank Transfer. In the future we will offer EFTPos services, but we're still trying to find the one that doesn't want to force us to raises our prices or come with a clunky machine that runs out of battery after a half days work. We also plan to accept PayPal.
What makes your pricing competitive?
We price based on fairness. We know in todays world of rising tax and every other way to spend your money without trying, every dollar counts. So we've priced ourselves to be more fair on you, the customer, while still covering our overhead costs.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Be as Verbose as possible. that is, more details. but don't worry, our pricing is flexible. so we'll never overcharge you just cos that's what was quoted.
If getting an on site done, ensure the work space is cleared and prepared for our arrival, this can save us time on the job, and you money.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
As every job differs, the main things we need to know is what the precise issue is or what precisely you need done. Don't worry, we won't skip your job just because you wrote us a small harry potter book, and we'll be better able to serve you for it.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
We've worked the industry for decades now and one thing that constantly drove us up the wall was how different businesses would do shady and underhanded things to their customers. This is why we started our own business, now we can make sure that the job is done right, First time, in a fair way.
What do you like most about your job?
We love the challenge of figuring out and fixing computer and tech problems. The more complex, the happier we are. We love learning and being challenged.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
We're enthusiastic about computers and PC's. Gaming too. At a young age, we found the IT field was a far more complex beast then it is today. Requiring far more skill and knowledge. So we reveled in the challenge of entering that field, fueled by our enthusiasm for the technology.
