I am honest (police checked), reliable, and offer a variety of inspection types. I am married with two adult children and have lived in the area for about thirty years prior to living in the country area.

We generally ask the size of the building e.g. "How many bed rooms, is it double story, what type of inspection would you like" because there are several different types of inspections.

A customer can save money by. 1. If there are any major concerns with the property to let the inspector know. 2. Find out if the property has had a regular pest treatment. 3. Depending on the age of the property there could be asbestos products used so all three inspections types can be done in one.
