  I've only been training with Neil for a short while, but he has tapped into my mindset and knows how to motivate me towards my goals. He is always helpful with any questions I have. And has a great taste in music for our workouts, which makes it that much more enjoyable. Look forward to seeing some great results as Neil's client.

  Awesome trainer. Neil has been training Rob and I for over a year. Our goal was to create bodies to stay active and strong in our 50’s and beyond. With a combination of mobility, strength and cardio training we are achieving all three. Along with a lot of laughing and very bad jokes early in the morning.

  Would reccommend Aspley fitness enhancement without hesitation, only been with them a short while but I came to Neil with a goal that many people i know question or try dissuade me from but he just jumped right into sharing his wealth of knowledge and helping me try achieve it. He's always very attentive during sessions and making sure i stay injury free not to mention a great easy going guy thats great to train with. Thumbs up!
