awesome staff. very friendly and non threatening. My partner felt comfortable in a gym but here we train in peace and privacy and are both getting excellent results.

We are insured, plus all of our Gold Coast Personal Trainers must pass our internal training. You get the personal support of your Trainer with the security of them being part of a large company.
