  Serge renovated our bathroom 2 months ago and I would like to share my joy. From the beginning he provided advice on the design and materials and was happy to discuss any detail. He was happy to go to the store to fetch materials I wanted to use. Serge was efficient and communicated clearly throught the project. His quote was one of the cheapest, but the quality of the work was the highest. Moreover, he is very knowledgible with newest materials and trends. Serge offered to install a floor heating that is so efficient and convenient, keeping our bathroom warm and dry. Unlike some renovators, he does the job by himself, without using contractors. To my surprise he has installed piping and plumbing himself. I thank him so much for his great work.

  Serge was recommended to us by our friends. We had a good idea of what we wanted in our home and he made it a reality. The project included home extension with insulated roofing, insulated pergola, Garage extension and roofing repairs. Most important, he also built us a beautiful swim spa room. The build time was just as he forecast and no request big or small was too difficult. Serge always made himself available to meet with us and talk through ideas, changes and to just check in to see how the build and installation were going. Why did we choose Prestige LSA Renovations? From the minute we met Serge we knew he is the right person to help us. He was honest and up front from the beginning. He offered us and discussed different materials and project options. Serge pays attention to the smallest detail. Despite we had to make changes few times, there was no winging. We really appreciated this. Serge provided the cheapest quote, yet the high quality project was done on time and with the highest quality. What was unusual, he did not ask for a deposit. He invoiced in stages, after a big part of the job was done. The project was completed in November 2018. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good builder or renovator
