Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are insured and yes do guarantee our work . We use only treated timbers for outside environments .  We have our suppliers manufacturing guarantee on our products.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was a carpenter by trade and didn’t like being stuck on 1 site for too long building houses etc , so thought I’d do smaller tasks that would see me in a different area 2-3 times a week and I enjoy doing what I’m doing

I have a lot of customer stories , in saying that most of the stories I have are funny ones from job sites!

The customer should ask for advise first, upon listening to the customer I believe once you have heard what they are chasing you're more likely to know the right service professional needed for the job.

The customer usually asks how is our availability.  We have a large team that can be available when called upon . We generally get jobs done in 1/2 the time, compared to most contractors.

Throughout completing the job for our client we are in contact with them from the get go, always keeping you up to date on a daily basis and aware of any unforeseen things that may pop up.

If the customer is fencing and it is also bordering a neighbours property, have the neighbours been consulted prior to inquiring for a quote.  Do they own the property or are they renters ?  Best day and time to meet them on site.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

If they have existing fencing remove this old fence themselves . Saving $10 per meter .  If they have trees / bushes in the way of there project remove these as well.

We are competitive as we price to the proper value of the task on hand . We can complete most jobs well with in time frames so our labour costs are not overly priced .

We usually charge with an initial deposit of 10% on day of start then instalments as we progress with final payment upon completion to the customers sastifaction

We specialise in all areas we have listed above , we work with diligence and take pride in what we do ensuring that our customers are happy with the final result before taking the final payment.

We have qualified trades in our service we have employed experienced and qualified carpenters / converters and landscapers ,  We have been in the fencing industry for 17 years contracting to builders, fencing, retaining and landscaping their new homes and developments.
