Arrived on time, professional workers. However I cannot recommend this service given that free quote is prominently advertised. Quotation is not free. Despite the job unable to be performed or a quote being able to provided was still charged a $40 fee on top of the callout fee. Contacted the manager who was polite and professional but was informed that it was standard procedure for the additional fee which to me seems a contradiction of the free quote listed on the website.Wendy L
