  Thanks for taking the time to review our business. Whilst sometimes things happen and we don't make the time as promised we make sure we call well in advance. Seeing we arrived on time for you is great to hear. Quality and great value would never equate to cheap and this is why we don't compete with the cheaper operators. Carpet cleaning can never and should never be rushed. It's when a rushed cheap job is done that problems can occur.   Ben arrived on time. Helped move some furniture. Did a great job. Got out stains other companies couldn't. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but I am happy to pay fair price for excellent job. Really happy how the carpets have cleaned up.

  Apologies for the very late reply to this review. We like to thank you for taking the time to review us. I am very pleased you found the experience worth telling everyone. Our office staff is lead by the professional office manager Jayne who has close onto 15 years experience working with our business. Her knowledge is second to none. Often people will ring us to have a technician remove a stain. She is so honest she will often tell the customer how to fix the stain themselves. As for Ben, Ben is extremely qualified having done so many courses in carpet cleaning, stain removal, odour removal, you name it his done it!!.
