Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

No, our business meetings are presently all conducted via Skype. When we move to our new premises, later in 2017, we will, of course, have Public Liability insurance.  It's very hard to provide a guarantee for any work that depends on "taste" - that's why we go through a fairly rigorous pre-design discussion, to minimize any possible areas of confusion.  We are confident that our copywriting is of a very professional standard.

As mobile phones become more powerful, e-commerce keeps evolving and websites are becoming the hub for a harder-to-define "online presence". My skill is to follow these advances and present solutions to small business owners in simple, easily-understandable language.

Since this is a new business, I cannot, in all honesty, presently answer this question. However, if you read these FAQ, you may get a good idea of how I might answer any questions that you might have.

Frankly, my personal sense of Ethics - and indeed, logic - finds this question utterly ridiculous. How would I be in a position to gauge the reliability and trustworthiness of my competitors, in order to even attempt such a comparison with myself?  No, I will only state that I have never had a Police record.

1 Unfortunately, what's your budget? 2 If we decide to go ahead, are you prepared to pay a 50% deposit, upfront? 3 If you're interested in SEO, are you aware that it can be a slow and certainly, an ongoing process?

1  go through the relevant areas of our website and write down a few questions  2  be prepared e.g. if you want a new site, come to us with several that you like, providing PROS & CONS for each 3 consider using a professional photographer for brand defining images and be aware of their costs

No. Since we are a new business, our prices are already low. As our business becomes more successful, we'll reconsider this option.

With Wordpress, our Content Management System, your site will be continually updated to keep up with any changes in e-commerce. Also, your site will never look old fashioned. We can, in theory, change the look of your site as often as you want, for as little as a few hundred dollars.

How do you normally charge for your service?

A simple site that's essentially a cyberspace brochure would be around $1200 (EXTRAS for logos, custom artwork, photos etc.). A restaurant site with lots of photos would be $1500 - $2000. However, an SEO-d site, carefully designed to make you #1, could be $5,000 + another $5,000 over 6 months.

Yes, we make SEO and the rapidly changing world of e-commerce relatively easy to understand. Essentially, your online presence is no longer just your website, it encompasses your Google My Business page (many businesses don't even know they have one!), your Facebook Business Page, Youtube etc.
