Yes we are fully insured. Our work is guaranteed to perform structurally. We know what's required from the job at hand, what steel we should be using, what strength concrete and how much concrete well need so your job doesn't blow out in costs.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I wanted a job that kept me moving, driving machinery and just loved what could be done with concrete. So what better job than the concreting trade. Preparing with machinery, pouring with machinery and you can finish with machinery lol

One clients once said to me, "mate, you've got the job because you actually came out to my house even though it was a small job, and you took time in explaining the job even though there wasn't much to it"

I love the out doors, I have a passion in running a smooth business. I also love to see the finish product of our work. The smile on the clients face is the most rewarding.

Do you know your regulations? Do you have all machinery on hand ready to go? What experience do you have? What is your expertise in this field? Are you a registered business?

Is there any jobs you have done that I can see?  I tell them to check out my face book page with all types of jobs we have done or I can give you an address to go see for your self.

Over 40 years of trading is enough to say that we have been trusted and reliable. We have many loyal clientel that we do regular work for. We returne all calls if missed.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We are a family run business so there is 100% care to the client. We also have all machinery from bobcats to excavators to 10 cubic meter tip trucks. So there is no need to out source equipment and wait until the equipment to be available to hire.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Depending what type of job it is, example if its a house slab we'll need all available drawing from engineer, architect and soil report. If we are doing exposed agg driveway we'll need to know the type of concrete they like, because the cost of exposed can vary by quite a lot.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

If the clients wants decorative concrete we can suggest a cheaper alternative decorative concrete. Cutting down in concrete area by placing garden beds. Maybe if the clients wants to seal the concrete them selves they will save on labour costs.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Since we have been purchasing concrete since it was invented, we have earned our discount. Sometimes for example thicker steel in not required for a foot path so we can put thinner steel to save money. Goes the same with concrete, thicker is not always better it can be a waste.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge according to what's on the plan, not just a meter rate. We come to the job site and assess how we charge for the job. There is no suprise at the end. We tell it as it is....

We generally specialise in house slabs, we can converse with engineers if we think something is not right. We will ask them the question to see why something has been designed like so if it could be done another way cheaper for the client.

With 40 plus years experience in concrete constructions we know every aspect the job on hand. We are fully licensed to operate all machinery and also a licensed builder, so we are kept up to date with all regulations.
