  Job not completed to an acceptable standard, Company wouldn't take/return calls when we tried to make contact when issues appeared with the work. After months of trying to make contact we had to get another company out to repaint, fix loose tiles and complete the job.

  I am extremely disappointed with Ken's workmanship and lack of care! The only thing he did right was arrive on time. He left all the weeds and more than 30 dangerous pins lying on the ground or in the garden beds. He didn't collect the excess sand in a timely manner so I had to change my removalist date. He didn't complete watering the sand and left the job for me to complete because he lay way too much sand and now my grass is like a sandpit. The grass has been laid on an unlevelled surface as he didn't level the ground. He used way too few pins and the grass lifts in many areas.He still hasn't sent me an invoice even though he has been paid. I have sent him a text to ask for him to return to no avail.
