  Service used to be excellent when Frank was handling our account. Our account is now managed by Jarryd Vanderwert who is not only unhelpful, he also has poor customer service and a very bad attitude towards his clients. We have a recorded a phone conversation with Jarryd who wasn't able to provide details of our production and claimed he will only respond after the new year. He avoided all responsibility to commit even though we have made payment for the job. I hope no other businesses or organizations will need to deal with his unprofessional ism - AVOID THIS PRINTER or get a new account manager if you still wish to transact with Half Price Printing.
