  I’ve only used Debbie once (found her through flare) and find her price and customer service to be reasonable and professional. However she is extremely conservative and cannot think outside the box, therefore no value for my money (kind of like any standard accountant to be honest) and If you are PAYG your outcome would be the same if you were to lodge yourself. I have found another accountant who was recommended by friends and my experience with him far exceeded my expectations. He also gave some advice and explained things on my tax return which I found to be really helpful. THIS is what you look for in an accountant. I didn’t even flinch when he told me his price.
