Arrived 30 minutes late and did not call to tell us he was running late. My daughter mentioned he spent a lot of time on his mobile while performing the work, distracted instead of taking a message or placing his mobile to take messages? The carpet now has a number of large round wet areas that look like spots not sure why this is happening will wait until the carpet has dried out to determine if the spots remain. Yes I did get there 30 minutes late and did not call ahead to say I was late as customer only gave me HIS mobile number NOT his daughters and I knew he would not be at the property. I did apologise when I arrived at 10am on the Sunday morning and was late as I was quoting a job which took longer than I thought it would. As for spending a lot of time on the phone - I arrived at 10am left the job at midday and the calls made/received were: 1. 10:10am incoming (11 secs duration), 2. outgoing 10:38am (1 min), 3. 10:55am incoming (15 secs), 4. 11:32 incoming (3 mins) and 5. 11:51 incoming (1 min) - which means during the 2 hours I was at the job I had 5 phone calls total time of 5 mins 26 secs - and the outgoing call was made whilst I was filling up with water. In regards to the large spots on the carpet - no denying this happened - but it happened because the customers carpet was a very thin seisel - I was hoping it would have dried but on occasions they do not and dry cleaning is not suitable for this carpet. I am going back this Sunday morning to re-do the cleaning free of charge using an extraction machine. Also carpet is in very poor condition and quite stained but hoping to produce a satisfactory result for the customer.Kerrie O

Glenn was very punctual and finished the job in less than two hrs. The carpets look clean and smell fresh. For general cleaning of the carpet was a good service. Only fault it couldnt get rid of stains but he did left us a product that can gelp w that. In general, very happy w the service and very professional.Ellen

Find out what type of carpet cleaning is best - do you want hot water extraction (which is often claimed to be steam cleaning - it is NOT steam cleaning - the cleaner will use the hot water from YOUR tap). Do you want DRY cleaning which leaves your carpets dry to walk on immediately? Ask for a fixed price - you should NOT be charged for extras such as stain removal, deodorizing etc
