Generally it is knowing exactly what is required to be done, whether all the information needed is available, how many transactions are involved, and what work has already been done.

There are a number of options here.  We find that a set price for a fixed service often works well for both client and bookkeeper.  Understanding what work is involved and the likely cost is the most important thing, and communicating during the process also.

Our Franchisees are generalists - they work with a number of different accounting software packages and provide the full range of bookkeeping services across a wide range of businesses.  A number of our team are also able to help you get your income tax returns done.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

All our Franchisees have a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or higher and they are proficient with a number of accounting software programs.  They are Registered BAS Agents (or supervised by one) which you need to do BAS work for clients.  We have a program of ongoing training to keep our skills up to date.
