  Arrived late and as requested I required a quote. First he called me to say the car won't start... Gee really do you think that's why I got you out! He then quoted me 750 to repair the parts when replacement new parts are only 400. Fair to say he won't be doing the work.

  Our car wouldn't start so we knew it had something to do with the starter motor, as we got a new battery and well that wasn't the problem. He came to my workplace and quoted $580 as he was going to replace the starter. When he completed the job I got the receipt and it was $280 he said it was a connection to the starter motor that was the problem and he fixed. I was so happy it didn't cost $580 which he probably could've easily said it cost but didn't. I really appreciated his honesty!

  Got john in to complete three relatively easy jobs...fit caravan rear view monitor on dash and run cable, change CB from hard wired to accessories and move rear view camera. Cost $505. $85 per hour. $60 call out. $20 for zip ties. 5 hrs. Didn't give me a positive vibe on arrival...should have known....job done and finished with push and assistance from me.....next time I will demand an upfront charge.....then how long they spend after that is there cost not mine

  Was hired to remove repair and refit starter but instead decided to go buy new starter without asking me or atleast dismantling old starter to find problem. Then charges $877 because starter is to fit " limited edition" toyota prado then when I asked for receipt to show price of starter he refused and told me he is a professional and I should take his word that starter cost $510
