Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are insured. We have a $20 million public liability. Yes we offer a 4 day guarantee on all work quoted. If the client is not happy the independent contractor that did the job initially will rectify the problem.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We love helping people. It is a big circle really. If I help someone with a job that they do not like doing so that gives them more time to do other things. That can be doing things for their children and extended families.

We have a lot of favourite customers, it is hard to think of any one. We certainly enjoy Christmas and Easter when we give our clients little gifts. A lot of our clients will send us card with beautiful words of thanks saying that we have once again helped them through the year and given them some sanity and relief.

I like knowing that I am helping people enjoy their life. They can rest assured knowing that with our help their home is always looking its best.  This helps them so that you can have more time to do the things that you really want to do

How will I know that my home and contents will be safe when a cleaner comes into my home even if I am not there?  All of the cleaners that work with Just Blue Home Services have had police and reference checks done before they are accepted into the business. They also have public liability insurance to cover against any damages done to a clients home while they are there cleaning.  These checks are done so that the client can have peace of mind that their property will be safe.

Q. How do you have access to the house if the client is a work.  A. 80% of Just Blue Home Services clients are happy to give their cleaner a key to their house. We are trusted because we are a well know company that has been police checked. All keys are kept in a safe with a secret identification on each key.

Just Blue Home Services ensure all their independent contractors go through regular checks of their training that was provided ensuring Excellence in Service. All independent contractors are also Police checked and are covered by public liability insurance.

We offer a 4 day service guarantee. You pay the quoted amount and we will do the jobs quoted for that price no matter how long it takes. If you are not happy with the result we will fix it.

How often they are wanting a clean. for example is it a one off clean, spring clean, bond/exit clean or are they looking for a regular service either weekly or fortnightly.

1. Know exactly what jobs that they want to have done. Only pay for the jobs that you need help with 2. Ensure that all things are picked up off the floor. 3. Maintain a tidy uncluttered house. It is then easier to clean and therefore will save you money on cleaning costs.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For regular cleaning jobs we charge by the hour. We do what the client wants done in that time. The client can change jobs as needed, there is not set jobs. It is all about what the customer wants. Bond and Exit cleans are quoted by the job, as each house and tenant is unique.
