Kane's Building Management are a part of the building process from the very beginning, working closely with architects, Clients and engineers to go over plans and blueprints, making timetables for the project, determining material and labor costs, negotiating with and hiring subcontractors and workers and scheduling workers on site.
We accomplish staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.We Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
We coordinate and work on the construction, repair and renovation of homes and other buildings. We may also manage entire projects.
We must comply with strict safety regulations, including using and wearing protective equipment and ensuring the construction site is safe.

This guy is a total rip off. He used cypress pine instead of treated pine for my pergola posts.... now all cracked and split. The outdoor deck, after 3 months has warped and all the timber is uneven. During the build he badly damaged a storm water pipe, which I will have to employ a plumber to repair. He will not return my calls. Looks like I’ll have to go to VCAT. Hi Cathy, we agreed that we would be using Cypress instead of treated pine, I have messages to prove it. also your deck warped because it is the hardest density of timber that there is which was Ironbark decking. I told you it needed to be oiled 3 days after it was layed as the job was done in summer and temperatures where hot. I offered you to oil it but you didn't want to spend the few extra dollars. your job was the hardest I have had to do because you where so difficult to deal with and you couldn't make up your mind and kept on forgetting things that we agreed on even though it was all in email. you won't achieve anything by going through VCAT because everything is done to Australian standards.Jan

Kane is exceptional, we were so happy with the quality of his work, he takes great pride in the work he does. Kane built a beautiful deck, designed and built floating seating as well as managed various jobs at our house. He showed initiative, was friendly and always willing to help us (he even changed my flat tyre!).
