Ensure the person you hire is Licensed and experienced with your industry and has the skill set to complete the tasks required.  It would be preferable for them to hold certification in the Accounting Software you use.

Many business have tried to do the Bookkeeping themselves, or hired a non-qualified Admin person to do their Accounts and Payroll, only to find that at Tax time, their Accountant cannot use their data to lodge the Tax Return. Some have found that their BAS, Tax & Super have all been incorrect. The result a hefty bill to correct the errors. As your trusted adviser we take care of your Payroll, Super, BAS and PAYG lodgement compliance. We carry out our work within the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers Code of Ethics the Tax Practitioners Board and ATO requirements. We work with your Accountant and have our Client's best interest in mind at all times.

We are a small business, offering customised Bookkeeping solutions to your business, helping you to choose the best software to suit your business. With Cloud Software we can log in any time, from anywhere to complete your work. We do as much or as little of the work as you require, with some business having a review once a month or quarter, prior to lodgement of IAS or BAS. We can also travel to your premises and work onsite if required.

Our pricing is much cheaper than having your Bookkeeping done and your BAS and PAYG completed and lodged by your Accountant.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We usually charge an affordable hourly rate payable 7 days after completion of work. Some clients like a fixed price per week/month or quarter. We require a three month period of hourly charging prior to changing over to a fixed price.
