Kim, the owner was great to deal with and the cleaner she sent was a nice person. However, the cleaner was unprofessional in service delivery. She did not have the appropriate cleaning equipment and made my shower screens worse. It cost me more as I had to take time off work, buy cleaning products and pay for another cleaner. I asked for spot cleaning on walls to be done and this was done. I will not be using this company again.Huon

This service was appalling. I asked for the toilets, floors, kitchen, bedroom and dusting to be done. The floors were left streaky and dirtier than before. The bathrooms hadn't been done, the kitchen wasn't done and the dusting wasn't done. I tried to call her to ask about why she hadn't done anything. I left a message and she didn't get back to me. She still hasn't got back to me. Therefore I certainly won't be paying for their service. I'm rather hesitant to use your service again as a result.
