How long is it going to take? the answer is always, it takes as long as it takes.... I can estimate most jobs however until you get into it you never really know.

This is not my full time employment so I don't charge premium rates, I just love doing projects around the house and I have ran out thing to do at my house so if I can help others its a win win for every one.

$40 per hour is a fair rate, painting, general cleaning, rubbish removal or general handyman jobs or labouring around the yard.
