Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We have the required transit insurance & public liability. We can also help you obtain full cover. While accidents do happen from time to time, they are few & far between. We have no driving incidents or accidents. We hope all our customers will use us again & will refer us to their family & friends, so treating your furniture like we would want ours to be treated is paramount.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I kind of fell into this job,  previously I was a Car transport logistics Manager & prior to that I was in Advertising. My boss was actually one of my clients ! They used to have storage and I would see them on a regular basis so we got to know each other well, when I left my last job they offered me this one so I took it & havn't looked back - best job I've had

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We have many favourite customer stories, I had a dear elderly man & his beloved cat, we moved him from Vic to SA he rang me every day for a month before his move, I think he was a bit of a flirt! He had never been to Adelaide so we would chat about the different things he could go & do once he settled in. He gives me a call now & then to see how things are going. He is having the time of his life !!

Everyday is different ! You never know who is going to call or where they want to go !  I have made some really good friends & it feels good to go home each day knowing you have helped someone get where they need to go without any stress or worry. I also really like the people I work with :)

Ask everything ! A professional will know how to respond. Knowledge & experience is key, You will know if someone is not right for you, customers  should feel confident they have chosen the right company for the job. Check websites, Ask for an ABN .

I actually have 2  ... do you take my furniture of the truck into my home ? Yes we certainly do, you tell the men where you want your items & that is where they will place it for you. And ... Can you give me a better quote ... send me your best quote & I will do my best to match or beat it !

Being a small family business our reputation means everything to us, we pride ourselves on pleasing our customers, we don't waste your time or money, we only employ people with removals experience & they must have respect for the job, the client, & their colleagues we also request police clearances.

We are a small family run business. We may not be the cheapest but we will get you where you need to go as stress free as possible, we have great  staff who actually enjoy what they do, We aim to please, we are friendly & professional fast & efficient. Customer service is our priority.

Where you are going from & to, what date you need to move , how many cubic meters do you need to move,are there any access restictions (eg 21st floor, stairs only), do you have any fragile items that need extra care, are there any heavy or unusual items we need to know about.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

For interstate customers - Always provide an inventory, as we have allocated space, we may not have room to take additional items, you may also be charged extra. Make sure you tell us if you have any heavy or larger than normal items & lastly access to properties is important for drivers to know as these may delay the trip which may end up costing you more. book early & save with a discount - make sure you tell us at booking of any of the above.  For local customers - Be organized & ready to go have all items dismantled & packed & if possible put everything in one or two rooms this saves you time & money. It takes longer if you are still packing while we are  loading or if there are obstacles in the way.  we don't mind if you have extra mates there to help & if you let us know your budget needs we can work with you to get what you want. If you can load your vehicles with smaller items this saves a lot of time & money.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

For all interstate customers - Book 6-8 weeks prior to your move & receive 10% of your quote. For all local customers take $5 of the hourly rate ( Fixed price quotes will get 5% discount of total removal) This discount is only valid upon mention of this offer.

We may not always be the cheapest but we will always look at any competitors quotes & see if we can match or beat them. We have worked consistently to build our reputation as a hard working friendly & efficient Removal company. We keep our prices low so every budget can have a stress free removal. We have more than one price or option to suit any need.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge by the hour for local jobs if your job goes for 2 hours & 45 mins then you are only charged 2 hours & 45 mins,  we can also do fixed price quotes for larger or longer distance moves - you can have 1 man 2 men or 3men.  For interstate moves we quote by the cubic meter. We also specialise in backloads & can be very competitive with the rates.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We mainly specialise in country removals - places people normally don't go to or have never heard of !! We can also help if you need any Back loading. Wether you have 1 item or a full truck we will get it moved. Don't want to pack ! we can do all of that for you too.

We have been in the business over 15 years & have a combined 70 plus years of knowledge & experience, on going training in removals & packing is essential for all employees. Health & safety is a priority.
